How ozone water is formed
The machine generates ozone from oxygen and dissolves it directly into cold tap water. Use preferably right after generation. Concentration and contact time are tuned for sealed, hard surfaces.
Requirements & installation
Water feed, 3‑way tap, pressure reduction and normal ventilation. Stable placement, hose/fitting checks and labeled shut‑off valves.
Workflow: Two‑Cloth Method
Spray onto the cloth or lightly onto the surface. Steps: 1) light mist, 2) overlapping strokes, 3) immediate dry with cloth B. Guide: Two‑Cloth Method.
Applications (surfaces only)
Tables, doors, touch points, worktops, hard‑finish floors, exterior of sanitary ware. Not for consumption, textiles or porous materials.
Safety & ventilation
Ensure normal room ventilation, apply a light mist and dry immediately. Gloves optional; store materials dry and clean.
Cost and affordability
Only €0.0017 per liter to produce cleaning water on site.
- ✅ No bottle logistics
- ✅ Less plastic and storage
- ✅ Chemical‑free approach
- ✅ Easy to use
- After ~1,000 hours or 500,000 liters: about €75 in parts.
Maintenance & troubleshooting
Plan monthly inspections of hoses, fittings and small filters. Watch for leaks, pressure drops and unusual noises. Replace wear parts in time and record services.
