What is ozone water in a hospitality context?

Workflow: spray–wipe–wipe using the two-cloth method

A simple workflow works best in hospitality. Spray a light mist of ozone water onto cloth A or directly onto closed surfaces such as tables, bars, tiles or floors. Clean in overlapping strokes so no area is skipped. Immediately dry with cloth B for a streak-free result. Always move from cleaner to less clean areas: touch points and tables first, then worktops and equipment housings, then floors and sanitary surfaces.
