Principles (safe, simple, repeatable)
Use light mist, target closed surfaces, avoid over-application, don’t store ozone water. Define zone priorities and control rounds.
- Order: touchpoints → furniture/equipment → wet zones & floors
- Application: on cloth for small/fragile areas; direct spray for large closed surfaces
- Storage: do not store; activity decays quickly
Two-cloth workflow
1) Light mist on surface or cloth A. 2) Clean in overlapping strokes. 3) Dry immediately with cloth B for a streak-free result.
Policy, zones & planning
Map zones (high/medium/low risk), set frequencies, plan quick passes during peak times and a deep round in off-hours. Use loop routes and checklists.
Training & onboarding
Train in 15–20 minutes: demonstrate mist distance, cloth use and sequence. Repeat with monthly toolbox moments and buddy new hires on their first shift.
Materials & maintenance
Produce ozone water on site (~€0.0017/L). No filters. After about 1000 hours or 500,000 liters: inspect electrodes and replace if needed (~€75). Rinse nozzles periodically.
