Guide: ozone water in daily cleaning routines
Ozone water for daily cleaning tasks in facilities
Daily cleaning routines cover desks, touchpoints, sanitary areas and floors throughout the day. With ozone water you work with a single type of cleaning water produced on site and used for surface cleaning of hard, closed surfaces such as desks, railings, door handles, tables, tiles and floors. Our ozone water from the ozone water machine is intended for surface cleaning only. Not intended for consumption or medical use.
Spray onto the cloth for controlled application, or directly onto closed surfaces such as tables, floors or tiles. Workflow: two-cloth method — 1) Apply a light mist to the surface. 2) Clean in overlapping strokes. 3) Dry immediately with cloth B for a streak-free result. Work from cleaner to less clean: touchpoints → workstations → sanitary zones.
Translating daily tasks into fixed rounds
Many facility teams organise short rounds after busy moments, such as breaks, and a more extensive round at the end of the day. Ozone water supports this structure because the same workflow can be used everywhere. Staff take the bottle, lightly moisten the cloth, clean the surface and dry straight away. This makes it easier to standardise routines across several floors or buildings without changing products or instructions.

Why choose ozone water
✔️ One type of cleaning water for many daily tasks
✔️ Fewer separate bottles and labels in storage
✔️ A clear workflow for existing and new staff
Using ozone water is cost-saving. Cleaning water is made from tap water, packaging volumes are reduced and the cost per litre becomes very transparent, which helps keep cost per square metre under control.
Costs and affordability
At around €0.0017 per litre, cleaning water remains highly affordable. A full bucket costs roughly one cent, and typical maintenance after about 1000 operating hours is around €75 in spare parts.
