Ozone water for hospitality: clear and reliable surface cleaning
Ozone water gives hospitality teams a simple, repeatable way to handle daily surface cleaning. Because the water is generated on site with an ozone water machine or ozone water device, staff always work with freshly prepared cleaning water. Our ozone water is only intended for surface cleaning. Not for consumption or medical use.
This article is part of a broader blog series in the hub Ozone water versatility, which covers applications in hospitality, healthcare, retail, sports & wellness and facility cleaning. Why ozone water fits hospitality operations so well
In hospitality environments, guests rotate quickly, many hands touch the same surfaces and staff move constantly between kitchen, bar and front-of-house. A straightforward, repeatable cleaning routine brings calm to this dynamic setting. Ozone water supports this because one solution can be used on many closed surfaces without complex mixing ratios.
Since you generate ozone water on site, the team no longer has to manage large stocks of different products. This makes routines easier to follow and reduces errors during busy service periods.
Typical hospitality surfaces for ozone water
- Dining tables, side tables and prep counters
- Bars, coffee stations and drip trays
- Fridge seals and appliance housings
- Payment terminals, menu holders and door handles
- Child seats, chairs and shared furniture
These are the areas where guests and staff interact the most. Using a fixed method here helps keep quality consistent throughout the day.
Using the two-cloth method step by step
Spray onto the cloth for controlled application, or directly onto closed surfaces such as tables, floors or tiles. Workflow: two-cloth method — 1) Mist a light layer onto the surface. 2) Clean in overlapping strokes. 3) Dry immediately with cloth B for a streak-free finish. Work from cleaner to less clean: touchpoints → furniture → wet areas.
